PRIVACY

Privacy notice.

Information for visitors to dataserver.sk and people who contact us. This notice covers the presentation website and enquiries. Terms for future customer storage will be addressed separately before use.

Operator and contact details

KNH INVEST s.r.o., Školská 292/15, 935 32 Kalná nad Hronom, Slovakia, Company ID 54218870. You can send privacy questions and requests through our contact form, by phone on +421 948 751 843 or in writing to our registered office.

What data we need and why

We process your email address and message, and your name if you provide it. We use these details to reply, clarify your needs and discuss the planned service. Email and message fields are required to handle an electronic enquiry. Your name is optional. The form does not accept attachments and is not for submitting accounting documents. Do not send passwords or sensitive information.

Legal basis

If you contact us about your own future contract, processing concerns steps taken at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other relevant correspondence, particularly enquiries on behalf of a company, is handled on the basis of legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Protecting the form against abuse is also a legitimate interest. Any legal obligations are handled under Article 6(1)(c). This form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Recipients and processing

Authorised people at KNH INVEST s.r.o. receive your message. We use the web and email infrastructure of FORPSI / INTERNET CZ, a.s. for delivery and operation. The form sends information through our server and then by email to the company inbox. The contact gateway does not store messages in a database or log their contents. We do not use third-party marketing or analytics services, or AI services to automatically assess enquiries. This flow does not intentionally disclose data to recipients outside the EU/EEA.

How long we keep your data

We retain your enquiry and subsequent correspondence while handling it, and afterwards only as justified by its purpose, any contractual relationship or the protection of legal claims. Applicable statutory periods apply where retention is required by law. Information from outdated enquiries without a further purpose should be deleted; you can ask us to delete it.

Technical data, security and cookies

The website uses HTTPS, without cookies, analytics, advertising tracking or external fonts. To protect the form, fingerprints of IP addresses and repeated messages, request counts and time intervals are temporarily evaluated in memory. The gateway does not keep a permanent sender list. Access logging for this website is disabled; necessary technical errors may appear in operational system records. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making with legal effects.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and data portability where the relevant legal basis applies. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will handle requests within the statutory period and may reasonably verify identity if needed. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic. General guidance on your rights is also available from the European Commission.

Enquiries and company documents are different

The contact form on this website has one purpose: to start a conversation about the planned service. It is not a client portal for accounting work. To discuss file sharing, we do not need employee names, a client list, receipt photos or access to your existing storage. Describe the need in general terms and leave specific data for an appropriate agreed process. The same applies when you enquire on behalf of an accounting practice or another business. Suitable information includes an approximate user count, device types and a general description of the work. To explain a specific situation, use a general example without identifying the people involved. The purpose of an initial enquiry is to understand your workflow, not collect company records or examine accounting data for individual clients.

What happens when you press Send

Your browser sends the completed fields to this website’s server over an encrypted connection. The server checks the required information and the form’s basic abuse protections. When the message is accepted for delivery, you are redirected to a confirmation page. An error page offers another attempt or a phone contact. These pages do not create a customer profile or use advertising tracking. A subsequent human reply is a separate email conversation. If you discover that you entered an incorrect contact or included unnecessary data, tell us so we can take appropriate action.

Required details and optional information

Without your email address, we would have no destination for a reply; without a message, we would not know what you are asking about. Those two fields are required. Your name is optional. There is no need to include a personal identification number, bank account details, identity document copies or other information unrelated to the initial discussion. An enquiry does not require agreement to a newsletter. Any later processing for a different purpose must be explained separately and have an appropriate legal basis. General questions can also be handled by phone or in writing to the company address.

How to make a rights request

Briefly identify the contact or correspondence your request concerns and explain what you are asking for. A message date or approximate subject is helpful; additional sensitive data is not. Where necessary to protect your information, we may reasonably verify that we are communicating with the right person. Individual rights have legal conditions and exceptions. For example, deletion may not be possible for information needed to meet a legal obligation or protect legal claims. We will explain the outcome or the reasons for further steps. Making a request does not affect your ability to contact the supervisory authority.

Information before future storage use

Handling documents in the planned company disk will be different from responding to an enquiry on this presentation website. Roles, permissions, providers, retention and data handover or deletion will need to be agreed before use. This notice does not replace those future arrangements. Publishing the website does not confirm that storage is available or that existing company files have been transferred. If the way this website handles data changes, we will update this information to reflect the actual process and explain who visitors can contact.
